You’ve been looking to others for cues about who to be—how to think, act, speak, look—for so long that it’s hard to remember what is really you and what is a performance.
You’ve made yourself as small as possible to avoid being a burden, setting aside your needs so others can have what they want. You’re afraid to upset anyone, so you hold back on sharing your opinions until you’re sure they match those of the people around you. You’ve been trying to fit yourself in around the edges of other people’s lives, searching for where you belong.
It’s exhausting to be everything for everyone and it never satisfies your longing for deeper connection.
As a life coach, I support clients to stop the people-pleasing and start trusting themselves.
I don’t believe that the answer to people-pleasing is to just stop caring what anyone else thinks. It’s normal to want people to like us. Not caring has never helped me feel more connected to another person…not even to myself.
The thing is, we try to change ourselves to please others when we don’t believe that who we are is good enough.
If you struggle with believing you have to change yourself in order to fit in, coaching can help you uncover, value, and express the richness of who you are.
Together we’ll identify your unique blend of strengths, values, qualities, and preferences. You don’t have to become someone else or put on a different version of yourself for each role and relationship. We’ll explore ways you can creatively use all aspects of who you are to show up as yourself in every situation.

During our complimentary 60-minute Hello Session, you’ll experience what it’s like to work with me as a coach. We’ll start digging into the shifts you’d like to make and leave you with insights and practices you can apply in your life. After you schedule a time for your Hello session, you’ll receive a set of questions to tell me more about you and help us make the most of our time together.
After your Hello Session, if it feels right to both of us to continue working together, we’ll meet over the phone or Internet for 60-minutes twice a month. There is an initial commitment of 3 months (6 sessions) so we can gain momentum. After that, we can continue on a month-by-month basis for as long as you need.
Our ongoing 1:1 coaching relationship includes:
- Two 60-minute sessions each month (minimum commitment of 3 months).
- Personalized practices to complete between sessions.
- Recordings of our sessions so you can be fully present on the call and revisit those a-ha! moments later without scrambling to take notes.
- Email support for accountability, check-ins, practices, and celebrations.
Your investment is $60 per month ($30 per session).
I am currently in the process of completing my practicum hours. Session rates will change once I finalize my certification in November.
